Marple Township's Zoning meeting scheduled for 9/16/09 has been postponed for a third time, no new meeting date has been set. Bartkowski is proposing to erect 7 billboards in Marple, 5 on the Pike and 2 on Sproul Road.
Newtown Township Zoning Board has re-scheduled their first meeting with Bartkowski to 9/16/09 @ 7pm at the Newtown Township Building, 209 Bishop Hollow Road, Newtown Square PA. Bartkowski is challenging the validity of their ordinance as unconstitutionally exclusionary. In Newtown, Bartkowski wants to erect 3 doublefaced billboards, one of them is 20ft X 60ft, 78 ft in the air!!
