Haverford Partnership for Economic Development

Hello Everyone,

This past November 23rd, 2009, you attended a public meeting to formally establish the new Haverford Partnership for Economic Development and elect the founding Board of Directors.

Our Board of Directors has been meeting frequently since its November election and we have made significant progress in electing officers, establishing a formal operating structure, setting objectives and taking the initial steps towards realizing our goal of facilitating business district revitalization throughout Haverford Township. At this point in time, we felt that it was important to convene a public meeting to provide you and other interested community members with an update on the progress that we have made.

Accordingly, the Board of Directors for the Haverford Partnership for Economic Development invites you to attend our first public meeting to be held:

Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010
6:30 – 8:30 PM
Commissioners Meeting Room
2325 Darby Road
Havertown, PA

Another primary objective of this public meeting will be to launch our core operating committees and provide information on the initial committee remits. You are strongly encouraged to attend this important meeting so that you can get oriented and provide early input into committee activities. New volunteers are also very much welcome to get involved, so please feel free to invite anyone else you know who may be interested in participating!

Thank you for your participation in this important community initiative. I look forward to seeing you on March 3rd and working with you to better our community.

Best regards,
Brendan Goggin
