No Billboards In Haverford Township update:

With the "Back to School" season upon us, we have been busy regrouping and gearing up for the next bout of Zoning Boards Hearings:

**Newtown Township: 9/16 7pm, Newtown Township Building, Bishop Hollow Road, Newtown Square
**Haverford Township: 9/17 7pm, Lynnewood Elementary School, Lawrence Road, Havertown
**Springfield Township: 9/24 7pm, Springfield Township Building, Powell Road, Springfield

Attendance is so important and makes a statement all it's own to our commissioners and the media, please make the effort to attend, if only for a little while.

IMPORTANT:
If you are a resident in close proximity of any of the proposed sites and you have not addressed the your Zoning Board already, please attend the next meeting and communicate your concerns. Your testimony has "standing" in the public record which is critical when this goes to court. Speak to the health, welfare and safety issues as well as other concerns. If you are shy about public speaking, you will only be supported by your fellow residents.

VOLUNTEER HELP
We are planning to have a few people outside the schools handing out information on back to school nights in the hopes of raising awareness and increase attendance at the meetings. Most of the elementary schools "back to school" nights are next week. If we get parents going in, the task itself will probably only be about 1/2 hour of your time. If you are available to help out with this, please let me know by responding to this email and please include the township you are from.

HOT NEWS - Marple Township Update
Last we heard, Bartkowski postponed the Marple hearing yet again. Now there is a complaint filed by BIG in Common Pleas of Delco against Marple Township. It is a public record and Marple Township's response has also been filed. It is Bartkowski Investment Group Inc vs Board of Commissioners of Marple Township.

Residents can ask to see it at the Marple Township Building, South Sproul Road, Broomall and/or file a "right to know" request at the Media Courthouse.

Marple Residents, contact your State Representative. Let him know what you think of this situation!! badolphjr@gmail.com
