BANJO BUSKER STEVE & THE CRITTER BAND
This week the Oakmont Farmers Market welcomes back Banjo Busker Steve & The Critter Bland. They will be appearing at the market from 3:30-5:30 on Wednesday, July 29th. Local banjo player/vocalist Steve Ruzansky enjoys sharing his love of folk-music, inventiveness, and puppetry whimsy with the patrons of several area Farmers' Markets. Newly retired after almost forty years of teaching, Steve's love of interactive presentations continues as he invites all to join in with the Band.
In a related venture, Steve is also a professional puppeteer for birthday parties and other group events.

Havertown's own Michael Krencicki was selected for the third time to advance to the next round.
There were 20 performers and five were eliminated.

Haverford Green, a friendly local neighborhood group of gardeners, is looking for volunteer gardeners to help with two community gardens on Darby Road.
