A note from the folks at the Farmer's Market:
As many of you know, the Haverford Township Farmers Market Association is now a real not-for-profit, and educational 501c3. This means that we are able to offer more educational programs for market patrons of all ages, from fun kid's activities to healthy eating lessons for adults and seniors. Keep an eye on this newsletter to see what the market is offering each week.
Since we are now not-for-profit, we also need a lot of help from volunteers and donors. We'll be featuring some fundraising dinners and other fun activities this year and can also accept donations for our educational activities. We also need volunteers to help out with all kinds of programs, from promotional activities to events and educational planning.
